Plain-language membership notes
Service membership, not insurance
The club provides maintenance benefits, priority access and discounts. It does not insure against losses or guarantee that plumbing failures will not occur.
Work is quoted separately
Repairs, parts, materials, permits, specialty equipment, subcontractors and after-hours premiums are not included unless Crosswaters confirms otherwise in writing.
Reasonable access applies
Inspections are visual and limited to accessible components. They do not include destructive investigation, engineering, code certification or environmental testing.
Membership rules apply
Benefits are for the enrolled property, are not redeemable for cash and are subject to scheduling, service-area and safety limitations. Monthly memberships are a 12-month commitment, then continue month to month. Yearly memberships are one payment and renew each year.
